Yaso ERP is a modern, lightweight, and offline-capable Enterprise Resource Planning desktop software developed with Python 3.12 and CustomTkinter. It provides end-to-end management for small and medium-sized businesses across sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, and human resources.
From sales orders and CRM tracking to supplier directories and purchase orders, real-time inventory management with negative-stock prevention, invoicing and expense tracking with transactional rollback safety, and department-level HR management with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)—Yaso ERP centralizes critical business workflows seamlessly.
Powered by Matplotlib-driven dynamic analytics dashboards, executives can monitor revenue trends, expense ratios, and critical stock alerts in real-time. Built with SQLite3 atomic transaction safety and packaged as an official MSIX Windows application, Yaso ERP combines desktop performance with enterprise reliability.
